Hello,

I am stuck on the step 3 of my installation

I get the following error:

Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'CensuraDB_Connection_Exception' with message 'Could not connect to DSN' in /home/customde/public_html/crappycrappers.com/system/classes/CensuraDB.php:186 Stack trace: #0 /home/customde/public_html/crappycrappers.com/system/classes/CensuraDB.php(222): CensuraDB->_getConnection() #1 /home/customde/public_html/crappycrappers.com/setup/install.php(178): CensuraDB->query('SHOW TABLES LIK...') #2 {main} thrown in /home/customde/public_html/crappycrappers.com/system/classes/CensuraDB.php on line 186

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi. It looks like the database information in the config file is wrong and Censura can't connect to the database. Try deleting the system/configs/config.php file and starting again. If that doesn't work, open a support ticket with some FTP info and we can take a look.

I get stuck on the same step, is okay if I leave the Table Prefix field empty?

I tried installing it from scratch again, I get the following error on step 2:

Hi,

Can you open a support ticket and I'll get this sorted for you.

Those messages are warnings as the PEAR libraries we use are not completely updated for PHP 5.3 at the moment (we're working on moving away from PEAR completely for v3 of Censura).

I had the same problem several times during several steps along the way. I think it has something to do with the installation script.

I ended up having to drop the tables in the database, delete config.php and start all over again several times before I got it to work right.
